He was polite and through. He offered to di the interior but we were unable to do so today. When we told him about not receiving a prior email to his arrival he made sure to note our file.

Ryan did a thorough job, cleaning eaves, front shrubs, door and window frames of spider webs. He sprayed foundations in the garage and basement, then left glue traps for us to use. He was polite, friendly and totally competent, going the “extra mile” for us since we had a bad experience last Saturday. (It was hot and perhaps Mr. Brown was ill that day. He never connected with us and did nothing visible!)

I was not home at time of service. I called ahead of last treatment and was told you’d also be targeting rodents. Your invoice does not list rodents as a specific target on your visit. Please confirm that this will be taken care of soon. Thank you!

David was extremely helpful and knowledgeable . He explained the various treatments and what we could expect. David was friendly and professional. He was able to identify the source of our mysterious droppings (a bat!). Thank you David for your assistance. He must be a valuable employee.

I was not aware anyone was returning on Friday. We were scheduled for Tuesday the 20th. The only reason I knew someone was here was a note left on my front door that said they were at my house but broke a pole and needed to come back with a ladder. No idea why or what they were doing. The note also said call to reschedule. I don't know why I need to call since I've never had to in the past. My rating is a 5 based on all other treatments. But this was confusing.

I can't give you a rating since no one contacted me by email or phone to let me know when your technician would be here for the past 2 times. However you have your stars rigged so I can't give you any less then a 3 star rewiew in order to get it to submit my comment. Definitely not the right way to conduct a survey! I would like someone to do some interior spraying but did not know the tech would be here or I would have planned to be here to talk to them. If this happens again I will likely cancel my agreement with you.
