LARRY tried a different type of treatment that will hopefully resolve our ant issue.
We were told the person making the call, would be a manager. I heard him say he would ask his manager. We have had 2 service calls and 2 recalls and the original problem of ants has not changed. We have not seen ants for 24 hours now and will continue to monitor. We would prefer the problem be resolved, rather than make an issue about the tech not being a manager. The tech listened to our problem. they both looked with me as I showed them the ants and were considerate. they asked us if we preferred a choice of treatments. Jafar rang the door bell on Saturday to let us know he was here. He spoke at length with my wife about what he would be doing and asked how the previous treatment had worked. My wife was pleased with the information supplied by Jafar who I felt was very polite and professional.
Jace did a great job on the property; however due to the heat and other factors, we still have wasps and tons of June bugs. This is not a complaint of his work at all, but still having wasp issues as well as a June Bug nuisance on windows and doors.
We have received the services of Sergio Garza twice. Both times he explained what he would be doing for treatments and answered any more questions we had. Sergio was very careful around the house both interior and outside . We feel comfortable that the pests will not enjoy our area in the future!!!!

Marvens Bissereth serviced my house today. Clean, neat, respectful and alerted us to our dog being in the yard.
When I called back on 8/2 to make appointment for 8/6. I explained that fleas were a problem. I have to dogs that got infested with fleas and had vet take care of my dogs costing $$. The tech came out on 8/6 did his job and received email what was done. It did not occur to me at the time what the tech actually did. On 8/22 both my dogs again got fleas in the back yard. Which I was able to notice them myself sporadically all over the lawn myself. My guy that cuts my lawn also mention there happens to be a lot of fleas or nats or small little bugs while he was cutting the lawn. I again had to make an appointment with the vet to bring both of my dogs in and the vet dip the animals in again... Read More
