The guy didn’t give me the feeling that your treatment was going to work for us. The reason is because most of our problems are the outside spiders and we have huge trees in our backyard and the spiders can’t be touched from the ground We didn’t have any problem inside the house so I’m not to sure if the treatment is what your salesman sold us is going to work ! Bailey was the salesman and he told us your treatment would kill all the spiders and ants but he was wrong. Your guy couldn’t kill the brown widow spider in the web today so not real happy.
Technician was wonderful but I was curious if your supposed to treat carpenter ants differently than just spraying. I am Pretty sure they are carpenter ants, I told that to the person booking the service. I was Not home so my husband showed them where we were seeing ants. Please advise if any further treatments need to be done Incase there’s a nest
Did not see him spray the the yard, did it while we were away, I went to my backyard today and got bit by bugs, what is the point of me paying if the bugs are still there? DO NOT EVER ENTER MY PREMISE UNLESS SOMEONE IS HOME!!!! Your rating system won’t let me give you a one star rating, overall not satisfied!
Our service person was Ryan U. 8/21/19. Ryan was friendly and on task the entire time that he worked on our property. He was organized and used his time efficiently, while being willing to answer my questions. I would hope to have Ryan service our property in the future. He is a credit to the aptive staff.

Carlos Guzman was amazing. He called me and talked to me about my service call and he told me what insects are in season, etc... He told me to check my email once he has completed his job so I know what type of treatment he did. He really helped me to feel better about Aptive and the services Aptive offers.
