Very courteous and informative. Went through all the new client forms with me. Assured me he would not spray pesticides in my windowsills per my request.

No service record , even the side door was not opened. No one call me in advance before the service . I will not pay the charge this time please reschedule it and advise. Tks.......

You were not supposed to service my house today. When I received your service notification I called your office and you were supposed to reschedule service after May 10 as we are traveling until then. I am very dissatisfied that you serviced the house at this time. Your agent told me your systems were down at the time but she would make notification on our account when they came back up.

The rep that did our treatment today did great. I cannot find anywhere in email correspondence from Aptive where it mentions his Name. I would like him to get credit for our review but do not know his name. He has been here before and remembered all of what we've been thru with our "Bee" issues ...... he checked in w/me prior to starting service and he is very knowledgeable about the treatments etc. Appreciate this Rep very much. Thank you !!

I so appreciated Aaron wearing booties when he came inside per my request for further pest application. He was so courteous and polite and I think he deserves more than $5 bucks! By far my most favorite technician with Aptive :)
