Very respectful and kind. He knocked on the door to ensure we were OK with his entering the back yard (we have dogs) and let us know to keep the dogs in for at least 1/2 hour for their safety. Great Job!

I had a problem with spiders in the outside and inside the home. I call your companny Aptive Peast control you send a person to deal with the spiders. Your service Pro was outstanding in fixing the problem outside and inside he gave carfull attention to the whole house and answerd all my questions completely. You have a good company with very fine employess but Steven was the best. Mike McGarvey

I have not been happy with the service since I still have roaches in my kitchen after 6 months but Michael who serviced my kitchen Saturday was very thorough and took an interest in doing a great job. He suggested I should receive treatment every 2 weeks for awile to make sure the roaches are gone and I request Michael Weist to do the service. He is an asset to your company. Sheila Goodman

Shawn did an amazing job! He was very thorough. For example, we've been having mice come into our home and he took time to find many holes in our house outside. Which he then plugged. He also added boxes. We only had one bait box and he told us a house our side should have three. I feel confident we will now get this mice problem under control. It would be wonder if he is our technician moving forward!
