Bad service never show up to my house and they charge the amount

I’m not sure who’s house got service but it wasn’t mine. I made a 4p appointment on Fri, 3/26 so that I would be home to have the inside treated. I took off from work early and was at home waiting at 3:30. Supposedly service was completed at 4:01. Not sure how that was possible, no one came, rang doorbell, went around house..... At 4:19 I received a text asking me how my service was. What service? I called to question when my pest guy was coming. I was told it was completed? I have used Aptive for over a year and been very pleased but after this I will not be using them.

The representative was very professional throughout his time here. He cleaned outside for spiderwebs and sprayed inside and outside of the house.

I am not on any of the lists for the survey. But, the gentleman who serviced my home did more than just sprayed. He was concerned that I had ants and used 3 different was to eliminate them. I hope he is still going to receive $5.00. His name is Darius Stembridge. Jo H

It was a pleasure to have mr Brandon working at my school. He worked diligently to solve the problem that I had. He was very patient to answer all of my questions. I would like me. Brandon to be the personnel who works at my school. I was completely satisfied with his performance. I applaud your business for having such a caring and wonderful staff.

Brandon B was super kind and helpful! I made an offhand comment to Brandon that, although the bugs have not been trouble recently, we've had evidence of mice in our shed. Immediately, he went through some rodent preventative measures, how he would set them up, what each one did and patiently walked me through any questions I had. Sweet AND knowledgeable, would totally recommend Brandon and Aptive. Thanks!
