Your service technician, Richard Hineman, recently completed the January treatment on my home. He was very professional and did a very thorough job. I am very satisfied with his performance.

Juan Sotelo is the first technician in a very long time that actually went above and beyond any other. He was here for an appropriate amount of time and did his job. After spraying around the house he spent time knocking down spider webs under furniture around windows and the ceiling of our outdoor room and made sure he got it all. So glad to see his work ethic.

My technician was positive, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. He gave reasons for his decisions; he respected my requests. Honestly, each technician who has provided pest control services from APTIVE has been great. This morning Jerome Smith performed a quarterly treatment of my house. Jerome contacted me while enroute to our hose and arrived on time. Jerome was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took the time to explain to me what he was going to do and completely answered all my questions. I pointed out to him an area where we were still having some issues with ants and he attacked that problem immediately. Jerome was a delight to have as my technician. Aptive should be thankful and proud to have such an outstanding employee - know I would be if he worked for me. Thank you.
