The Technician Malik Was Absolutely thorough. He was Very informative. Very Knowledgeable, he really seems to know All of the solutions to my problems that I told him I Had regarding the little holes and crawl space where bugs nest.. I am Very Impressed. Please send him back for my next service visit in Spring so he can really examine further the places where he believes need further attention.. Malik was top notch. Thank you for sending him to our family..

Brian is very helpful and knowledgeable . He is great to work with. He is considerate in and around the home showing that he cares about the homeowners he is working with. He has been our favorite technition and the only one we would like to have service our home.

Jared was early and on-time for our Aptive service. He brushed and spray treated around our home, even took a before and after photos. Jared emailed us a written summary of what was completed such as types of products used, targeted pests, location, his notes, precautions and our invoice. Even tho were still as sleep while he was treating our home, our camera captured his service, he did a wonderful job! — thank you so much Jared!
