Ryan was very good and we will request him every time we are scheduled. He was completely understanding of our environmental concerns and very knowledgeable, not only about his products, but about the habits, and breeding of the ants and spiders we were most concerned about. He never mentioned it until he was leaving, but we were his last customer of the day yet he never hurried or made us feel he was rushing or cutting corners. He was very thorough and patiently provided a lot of explanation and information.
