The technician was very helpful & professional. He was punctual. Technician listened and followed through with all request. He even did our garage.

Your product does not work we have had to call for a reservice at least 3 times now and have only been using you a few months. The gentleman that came out today threw buckets of granules out instead of spreading it evenly, even after my husband asking him if he would like to use our spreader. He also told us that the liquid spray he had would kill our grass so that is why he didn't use it. I was told originally that your products were safe for the grass, animals and kids. He told us the granules may cause our dog to get sick. I originally scheduled a reservice last week and requested 3 days that worked for us with times, they never showed up then decided to schedule us on a day we didn't... Read More

As long as Byron stays with the company I’d rather have him as my technician from my Now on. He did a fantastic job and was very thorough and complete in what he did.

The technician was very courteous and listened to my questions and performed the tasks that we agreed upon. He was concerned about my cat and I removed the cat to another room. He wore booties in my house which I appreciated. He is a loyal employee and had good things to say about aptive. I hope that he is assigned to my home on the next visit.

Jon Ewing was very professional and prompt to the assigned time frame. He explained what he would be doing and what bugs the treatment should take care of. He also placed some glue traps for field mice as well as spiders and other crawling bugs. Glad to have Jon as our techinician.

Not satisfied . You guys told that you will take care of wasp but you did not do anything. If I have to call someone separately than what is the benefit of hiring you guys and signing the 1 year contract.
