Wasn’t hone when technician arrived . Just want to make sure tech also spray in the backyard because lots of spider webs specially in the covered patio in backyard.

the list of pests targeted does not include mice, This was the main reason for me to sign the contract The salesperson explained to me that the mice problem will be eliminated. Not applying any pest control product for mice does not solve it. Should there be a misunderstanding on my part, please explain. In case any of your products do not target this area, I will stop current payment of $39.00 and void the contract.
