I was very pleased with the pest control service Matt Kacey performed today, August 20, 2019 in our home and on our property. He was very thorough and explained in detail the control methods used and what to expect from the applications. He covered every detail and met my expectations in every way. Our technician Al-Tariq Johnson did an excellent job. He was very professional and courteous and also explained what he was doing. He answered all my questions fully. I would highly recommend him.

I called to explain my rating. The last scheduled treatment day for the year, Eric did the outside, BUT he did not leave time to do the inside. Therefore, I had to reschedule a day (August 9th) for me to be home. I got a call so early in the morning from Eric that I was still in bed and was awaken. He told me he would be at my home to do the inside in "10-15 minutes." It was my understanding that Aptive would give the client a 30 minute advance call. A half hour would have given me a sufficient amount time to dress and to feel presentable. I asked if he could possibly go to do the outside of another home nearby and then do my inside.
