I don't know how you could have provided service to my property when no one was there. How can you also charge me the full fee when you couldn't do the entire job?
Donnelle introduced himself and asked issues we had. He went over the house with brush to clear cobwebs and sprayed around the house.
Our technician Al-Tariq Johnson did an excellent job. He was very professional and courteous and also explained what he was doing. He answered all my questions fully. I would highly recommend him.
I called to explain my rating. The last scheduled treatment day for the year, Eric did the outside, BUT he did not leave time to do the inside. Therefore, I had to reschedule a day (August 9th) for me to be home. I got a call so early in the morning from Eric that I was still in bed and was awaken. He told me he would be at my home to do the inside in "10-15 minutes." It was my understanding that Aptive would give the client a 30 minute advance call. A half hour would have given me a sufficient amount time to dress and to feel presentable. I asked if he could possibly go to do the outside of another home nearby and then do my inside. I scored lower because one of the reasons went switched over to your company was the service of removing the spider webs from around the windows. The technician today missed many very large spider nests around our windows and I know he could have done better.
I was not pleased with this visit, Aptive gave me no window of service, the technician came at the end of the day, he did not call first as is always requested … MOST importantly, he never told me he was leaving and I got no paperwork, I actually have NO idea if he did the work
Thomas Cargill has treated our property several times and I have found him to be knowledgeable and friendly with a good customer service attitude. He's very accommodating and does an excellent job in communicating what he's doing and listens well to my questions/comments. Overall he represents Aptive in a professional manner. I has some initial concerns about leaving Erlich who we had for a long time for Aptive because I had not heard about them before but they have exceeded my expectations and I'm very happy with them.
Tech was in my driveway when I arrived and was not responding to my car horn I had to get out of my car and knock on his hood! He sprayed some liquid on my car while he was treating my area
