I scored lower because one of the reasons went switched over to your company was the service of removing the spider webs from around the windows. The technician today missed many very large spider nests around our windows and I know he could have done better.
I was not pleased with this visit, Aptive gave me no window of service, the technician came at the end of the day, he did not call first as is always requested … MOST importantly, he never told me he was leaving and I got no paperwork, I actually have NO idea if he did the work
Thomas Cargill has treated our property several times and I have found him to be knowledgeable and friendly with a good customer service attitude. He's very accommodating and does an excellent job in communicating what he's doing and listens well to my questions/comments. Overall he represents Aptive in a professional manner. I has some initial concerns about leaving Erlich who we had for a long time for Aptive because I had not heard about them before but they have exceeded my expectations and I'm very happy with them.
Tech was in my driveway when I arrived and was not responding to my car horn I had to get out of my car and knock on his hood! He sprayed some liquid on my car while he was treating my area

Treated the areas that were treated by the previous technician, then treated the areas that were missed during the previous treatment. Also spread the granules in the flower beds and lawn which was not done during the previous visit. He is welcome back to treat our property in the future.
