Young man was very polite and nice but the first time he was here he didn’t go into the backyard. He couldn’t have been here 5 minutes. I thought he’d been called away before he started. Called the office. Very good customer service staff. Sent him back. He said there wasn’t any ant hills. I showed him the big one I could see from inside the house. He then took care of it but informed me when I asked that you no longer did yard granules as part of the quarterly service. I know it was done the first few times you came After that I trusted you to do your job. That won’t happen again. All of your employees have been great before. I’m very disappointed. Brent Pickering was very thorough and did an outstanding job. One of the things I noticed was his thoroughness and attention to details; in past visits we've always had to call back for nests or piles that were missed. I noticed right away this time where Brent had removed numerous trouble spots and piles without us even having to ask or inquire about. Top notch service!

I appreciate that Reinaldo called to let me know that he was on his way, and would arrive in approximately a half hour, and was on time. He was courteous and professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He went above and beyond with removing the cobwebs which were around the exterior of the home, as he not only removed the webs on the outside of the house, but helped remove the webs that had over taken the inside of one of the window wells. He thoroughly treated the home, and addressed any concerns that I had. I would like to request to have Reinaldo return again for our next service appointment. He did a great job!

It took a total of 5-7 min to do the whole house and basement, never extender equipment to do the back of the house. I was cheated . Your work is halfassed!!!!!!!!
