We were not notified of the appointment and it was only 3 weeks since our original service. Highly dissatisfied with the company. Also the rating system would not allow me to give lower than 3 stars.

I am at work when you come to my house, but I can say that I haven't had any trouble with ants, spiders nor wasps (had a terrible summer with wasps). Joshua Payton let me know that he completed the service which I appreciated him letting me know and from what I can see, he did a great job. Thank you.

I don’t feel the sweep of the windows were done as good as the last guy did. I don’t like that bugs were left when I open my sliders after you “sweep” them. If you are going to do that and you happen to make a mess maybe it should be a policy to sweep it away from where pets are to run out or we were to walk out shoeless. Also I don’t like that I paid more this time yet the inside was not done because it was a random visit.
