Jimmy Gonzalez did everything that I asked him to do. He was thorough and professional. I wish all the techs did this every time without me having to tell them.
I did appreciate the technician coming back after my wife and I not hearing him at the front door. Our phones were off, so we didn't get his call and upstairs, so we didn't hear the door. However, he didn't seem very prepared, or understood what was initially explained to me when Brandon sold me your service. He had no intention of spraying the inside, I had to ask him to do so. When he was inside, I had to continually ask if he was going to spray certain areas. He responded, "OK." As it was not the norm. Did not ring the bell when he got here or when he left and failed to do the inside of my garage. Other techs have been friendly and always say hello and goodbye and sweep down spiderwebs and things in the garage. Hoping this doesn’t become a trend or I will be finding a new pest service.

The technician, Joseph was very good. We were rather upset regarding NO RESPONSE from him or Aptive when the technician was running late. We were scheduled between 11am until 1pm, and I had to call Aptive to find out that the technician was running late. I expressed to them and the technician that it's a neccessary practice when you're running late or early to notify the customer. Otherwise the service rendered was very good.
Austin did an amazing job! He was punctual, friendly, informative, knowledgeable and understanding. He cared about the service we received and wanted the best for our home.
