The technician, Joseph was very good. We were rather upset regarding NO RESPONSE from him or Aptive when the technician was running late. We were scheduled between 11am until 1pm, and I had to call Aptive to find out that the technician was running late. I expressed to them and the technician that it's a neccessary practice when you're running late or early to notify the customer. Otherwise the service rendered was very good.

He was one of the better techs that has been to my house. He was thorough and precise and genuinely seemed to care about doing a good job rather than just hurry to get to the next customer.
