Eric did a good job with the initial service. I am a little confused and think there might be a communications issue between the technician and the sales rep who sold me on your services. I was told by the sales rep that treatments would go all the way down from the house to the curb, but the tech said that was incorrect and you only do 30 feet off the house. I also thought something was mentioned about treating for mice? it was not mentioned in the summary but I am not sure if your plicy is that if I don't mention it your techs don't treat for it as a preventive measure? Please advise.

Our technician was very thorough with treating our ant problem. using some additional strategies that we had not seen being used in previous treatments.

First of all my technician was early which was great for me that day, then he started working inside my house. Before taking a step he put on shoe covers and asking me if I had any questions? I did which he answered very quickly and easy to understand. He was very professional and kind. Before he left again he asked me if I had any more questions and if I wanted anything else sprayed , Great 1st service day...

Justin was very thorough and friendly. He was thoughtful and kind. I appreciate his explanation regarding how spraying inside should be scheduled around a time I can be outside for a couple hours, especially since I have little ones at home. I’m just overall happy with this service.

The technician showed up perfectly on time, one star; was polite and appropriately communicative, one star. The planned treatment was discussed ahead of time, and executed, as far as I can tell, satisfactorily; one star, and I got a written summary of materials used, one star. I have just two "consider for next time" comments that cost that last star: 1. If you knock old wasp nests down from the eaves, throw them in the trash, don't just leave them on the lawn; you walked right past it at least twice. 2. As this was the first visit of a year agreement, a verbal summary of work done and a "thanks for the business, so long till next time" on the doorstep would have been appropriate.... Read More
