I was outside in the yard playing with the dog at the time the tech was supposed to be here. I saw no sign of anybody, this may explain why we're seeing bugs again. I am glad my service contract is finally up with you guys. I'm fed up.

Disappointed in aptive. Have had this service quarterly for 2 years and when I’m selling my house they find carpenter ants on inspection! Then I called twice on Friday to ensure it was addressed during the service today, there was no mention of it in the service receipt which I had requested on Friday. I called and there was no notes of my phone call. I am horrified at the damage to the wood and at the lack of accountability. I would be happy to supply pics. I am anticipating the service tomorrow to completely address the issue and to have a receipt that reflects the WDI treatment was a success.

I would have liked to receive notice that a technician was going to visit. I wanted the full treatment and would have made arrangements to be present. Now, I feel cheated that I did not get a full treatment. Call me to schedule a day for the rest of what I paid for. And, in the future, we need to negotiate a visit date.
