I was expecting an expert on pest control to come in and evaluate the situation and prescribe the proper treatment for my property but instead it seemed that someone with very limited training and knowledge came out to administer a generic treatment plan with very limited ant treatment inside the house and no viable treatment solution for the mice in the house. The technician seemed to rely on me to decide what treatment was necessary. I'm not really sure what it is that I am paying for, I can do the research and buy the chemicals my self.

My house is free from ants since I’ve started to receive treatments. My technician, Lee Jefferson, has done a great job keeping me free from ants and stink bugs. I no longer am concerned about crumbs on my kitchen floor because I know that there will not be an army of ants converging on a single crumb.

I am extremely pleased with the treatment that I have recently received from my technician, Lee Jefferson. I never need to be concerned that I will have ants inside of my home, which had been a problem year round, whenever crumbs of food were dropped in any room of the house. I’m also free from those nasty stink bugs. Thank you!
