The email entitled "Completed Service" included a picture of a place in the house wall where some piping enters, which could use better caulking. I appreciate that extra information.

I don't know our service techs name but he was very concientious. He rang the doorbell to let us know he was here and made sure to ask if we have any questions. Much appreciated. The link he left so that I could say he deserves a bonus doesn't work. I tried using that one and got an error code. Definitely give him the bonus.

Bailey S. was great! He has been to our new build 3 times now. Thanks to him we have not seen many insects at all since moving in even though we stirred up all the dirt with building. I hate spiders and he keeps de-webs our whole house for us just in case! He is very friendly and we look forward to seeing him next time!
