I didn’t get service and I also got a text saying I didn’t get service, but then I get an email saying that someone did my service with the specific chemical used! What’s going on here!?

Technician did not call to ask if I needed any more glue traps. Since last service, I have had to purchase extra retail bait traps to supplement against the infestation I am still experiencing in my home. I honestly don't even know what this technican did while he was here, I was only sent a bill. I don't fault this technican. I believe this was his first time here.
