Emanuel did an awesome job today and the last time he came in lots of snow and very cold Temps.(I had trouble doing a review last time do I wanted to make sure you know that we appreciate the service he provides us.) He is professional and friendly and works to do the entire job in a detailed manner. His attitude is positive and he is a valuable member if your team.

Appreciate the technician for coming back in the afternoon. In the morning, my family couldn't unlock the backyard entrance for him to complete the work. Had a glitch with the lock.

Service was great and technician was very personable and professional. However, usually the tech closes the side gate - this particular tech hasn't been here before, and left the gate wide open. A couple of my dogs did get out (but thankfully never left the yard) when I finally let them out to the backyard - for my part, I should have checked the gate to ensure it was closed, but in my past experience that hasn't been an issue.

Alonso did a great job for our quarterly treatment. Explained what he was doing around our home and gave suggestions. Sprayed for spiders and discarded and replaced our mousetrap.

Our service tech a wonderful job this morning. He was polite, thorough and conscious. We have an ant problem every spring and he did a great job explaining things to us. He asked questions so he could better service us. Nice to see someone who cares about the job they perform and giving good customer service!
