Lisa was very helpful and pointed out a few things I had been unaware of and answered questions I've had about safety and sense in washing windows after treatment. She resituated bait traps as to be less obvious
and suggested we call later in the season if our front porch becomes a problem because it is covered with dead insects in the summer months.

Tim Cloud was courteous and did a great job today in my pest control service.
After reading the Technician Notes on the first page, I don't see HOW the tech could have performed all of those tasks in the short time that he was here. My tech's name is Aaron and I suspect that he did as well a job as possible considering it was raining on the day of my appointment. However, even on good weather days, it seems that the techs are never here for more than 10 minutes or so and then they are gone! If that is all the time that is needed then so be it. However, I would feel like I was getting my money's worth if they spent a little bit more time servicing my property. Mulbah was professional and courteous during his visit on 3/17/2020. He knocked on the door to let us know he was there and to see if we had any other requests. I appreciated that because I forgot to call about my 4th floor deck. I recently saw a black spider in the 4th floor loft so I asked if he would come inside and spray the 4th floor deck. My husband also wanted the garage sprayed. Mulbah was cooperative and accommodating and completed our requests. His friendliness was exceptional. The employees represent the company and Aptive gets #1 in my book. Thank you!
Lisa was our technician and she was very helpful with everything. She explained the whole process of treating our house, talked about the products used, and reassured us that bugs, etc would be taken care of. We've had a problem with some small bugs in our laundry room. She was quick to identify them and again reassured us that they would be treated and to call if any problems or not pleased with the bugs going away. She is friendly and accomodating. Great to work with and hope she is our regular technician.
Daysean is a fantastic technician. Professional, personable, and knowledgeable of the products and services that Aptive carries. He always makes sure to check with us to see if there are any changes or anything that needs to be tweaked as far as our service. Listens and offers great solutions.
