Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took care of the mouse trap and sprayed for the ants that suddenly appeared. And he let me know when he was done instead of just leaving. He gave good service.

William listened as to the type of problem we continued to experience after our regular treatment. In fact, the ant "swarms" were worse indoors. It seemed the outside barrier was working outside, but I wondered if there was anything else that could be done to target the queens and nests (which I suspected some inside the building). I appreciated his respect that we still did not feel comfortable with technician inside or spraying poison inside. William reviewed our previous treatments and suggested another outdoor pesticide that ants crawl through and can bring back to the queen and nests. He also gave some indoor bait containers and instructed where the best locations to place them.... Read More

Very professional and very friendly. Also considerate because he was spraying outside and I was out there when he came and he told me to be careful when walking into the house around the door ways that he had just sprayed. I probably would not have paid any attention had he not warned me.
