Jeancy rang our doorbell and said he was here to perform our quarterly service. i requested if possible to address our barn shed for bugs and he responded he always does it when he does the back yard. He is a definite asset to Aptive's Team. Upon completion, he asked if there were any further needs. I appreciate his responsiveness.

Our technician Mr. Luis Rod was outstanding. Not only did he take the time to listen to our needs, but he followed all CDC recommendations during an ongoing pandemic. He had a mask on, gloves, and maintained a six feet distance while listening to our concerns. He deserves all the accolades. Please ensure he gets credit for such an immaculate job!
