I had a great experience using Terminix for the last three years. They were able to rid me of a vermin problem within a few weeks. Also, they have been very good about follow up visits for both vermin, termite, and other insect control. I would definitely recommend their services.

Living in the front of a woods, we have been victims of a mouse attack every fall and winter. I called Terminix, they came out, the technician working with us, Davron, has taken care of and continues to take care of our mouse problem.

Terminex found mold during our termite inspection. In a very timely manner they had someone out to price remediation and the next day were out to do the service. They were very good at clearing up the entire area...even better results than promised.

I used Terminex for many years. I got my house "mouse proofed" with a guarantee that I would not see anymore mice. This not only did not work, but they ruined the painting outside my house. They refused to fix it.

After 5 months the work has NOT been completed, I still have rodents in my home. 1) They require a credit card when you sign the contract and promise not to charge it until the work has been done. I fortunately blocked the account as soon as the salesperson left.And as I suspected 3 gays later they tried to debit my account and were forced to come an do the work.( no work - no pay) 2) The first crew "supposedly" sealed the home but I have a contractor friend that inspected the work and found holes every where,. in fact they only sealed the east an south sides but left north and west open. 3) I had to call and they returned to finish the job but not according to the promised method which... I have been a Terminix customer for 7 years but I can no longer accept their poor customer service. On 3 occasions I have sat at home waiting for my tech to arrive in the promised window and not only did the tech not show, but I never go a call or anything. Completely unprofessional to just not show and not call - that gets you fired in any respected profession. Then I tried cancelling my service altogether and the customer service rep said someone from my local office would contact me to confirm and that was 2 weeks ago. I don't even know where my account stands! Over the past 7 years I have paid every bill in full on time totaling over $4,000 - we should all expect better service than... Read More

Since my post from this morning was submitted (below), I was able to finally connect with the local office manager and he was very apologetic and brought someone out here this afternoon and has been able to address all of my concerns. Thank you all for your quick response and I am changing my rating from a 1 to a 4. I still believe that the company as a whole doesn’t have a streamline process with accessing our online accounts with ease and with all of our services and info in a ‘quick snapshot view’, in addition to the opportunity for improvment in customer service with the phone reps when they give out inconsistent information and messages - as I have been told 4 different things from...
