I had terminix for 2 years and while they came and sprayed when ever I called, they DID NOT Get rid of the ant nests. The problem just continued in the same locations.

I have hadTerminix service for 40 years but recently you cannot reach them by telephone 3x waited 30 minutes and web site does not function cannot SEND messages had arranged for rat elimination but got mosquito serviceman instead promised office would send proper serviceman w/ confirmation by email nothing happened could not understand original customer service person who said is name was Paul I doubt it obviously he got it wrong. rating for customer service ZERO la mesa calif

I have had Terminix services For over 15 years I have the ultimate protection plan my house became infested with rats with Terminix service. One evening I went into my kitchen and I saw a huge rat on top of my stove. I called Terminix to help they told me it would be approximately 10 days before they could get out to see me. When they did come out to see me all that happened was they threw an unbaited trap behind my stove. Since Terminix didn’t help me I asked my gardener to help me move out my stove I found it covered with rat feces half inch thick I then called Orkin who came out immediately they plugged the holes that the rats are getting in. We purchased termite and pest control May, 2018. We paid for the full year by check. We have had trouble from day one with billing. even though, we paid for the full year, we are still being billed. I have called the main number several times along with the branch manager. They all say it has been taken care of, but has not. Twice out of three times, they did not come to our house to spray for household pests because we were in the RED with our account. They did come back, after several phone calls. It am not happy at all the service did not correct my concerns so I had service stopped until I got issue resolved, we were unable to get concern taken care of . The company had no problem taking my money and charging more for service that did not work . 100% satisfaction, I guess that means your company is 100% satisfied in taking money and not doing what they stated they would . I feel like I was takin advantage off on top up if all they left the inside of my home a mess . I would not recommend this company to anyone. I dont know what the point of the guarantee is you do not stand behind it.

Some of the 12 termite stations installed around the perimeter of my house were were not filled in and left with piles of dirt and holes. I let the company, politely, know of the situation and the original tech people were sent back out. They arrived defensive and hostile and, instead of taking 10 minutes to fix the situation, or even being courteous, they told me how irrational I was to complain. They offered to tend to the problem stations only as they were leaving and I had told them I would be giving them an unfavorable review. I declined their efforts. We got bedbug treatment done from them 6 months back. But they were never able to help us get rid of them. They treated our place 4 times over a period. Everytime they had different reasons for failing. Every time they had different requirements (1st without any specific requirements, 2nd - throw away your beds, 3rd - remove carpet, 4th remove carpet, and now they are telling to remove the wooden frame below carpet which no vendor does. not even the carpet company. And now we have again to pay almost $2000 to other vendor for treatment to get done. Because this people are not able to do the treatment till now and now they even refuse to do it.
