Terminix® Pest Control review in San Diego I have horrible experience with this company. The technician signed the contract with me for bedbug treatment in the apartment complex which have 7 units and 3 days before to tent the complex I found out he did not submit the contract to the office, therefore there was no service set up for the dates Meanwhile I already paid for all tenants to stay in the hotels for 4 days and three nights. I repeatedly called the contact person, the local office in San Diego, the main Terminix office. Finally, I was able to speak with the customer service department , the person said that she will have the local office manager call me, but that did not happen.... Read More

I have horrible experience with this company. About a. Month ago I contracted with Terminex for my 2 properties. I'm very happy with the Lancaster job. My second property in Fulton county was still having a problem with ants and wasps. I tried calling to get someone to come out ASAP. I spent 55 minutes on hold trying to get someone in the scheduling department. After multiple attempts I called and used the prompt for new customers. Immediately someone came on the line.. I told them my problem and they said I needed scheduling, I told them no one answers there. I just started with terminex I have to say not impressed the initial visit with the technician was great how ever follow up I had a no show no call!i tried calling terminex(joke!)I was waiting 20min for a rep to get on the phone with by the way not local located inPhilippines ! Tried to call my rep John Arminian told him what happen he said he would report the no show no call that’s it!! Tried to call John again left a voicemail and an email no response. This is how you run a company👎 I will not recommend terminex to anyone soo disappointing

Communication is difficult. "Customer Service" is simply a vehicle for payment. Several toll free numbers funnel into same bank of individuals who can do nothing but take payments. No IT for problems associated with online "service". Local service providers are professional and thorough, but appointments are difficult at best.

The service tech, Joseph Simmons, listened to our concerns and did a thorough treatment of our house! We are very satisfied with his work. He arrived within the designated window of time, and explained where he sprayed to keep insects under control!

I have had Terminix service for over 30 years and have been very pleased with the services they give. My tech Aaron Judge is always on time, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Even between scheduled appoints, I can call whenever I have a problem.

I had a scheduled appointment and they didn't show, when I called, after waiting 20 minutes they offered to set up another appointment a week out so I'd be sitting with a bed bug infestation for a while with no where to go. Literally don't waste your time with them it's not worth it and get someone who will actually be willing to help

Entered a one year contract with Terminix in May 2018. At first quarterly treatment, I was told that the technician was someone who was often sent to first-time customer's homes to introduce us to Terminix, the service, etc. When he was done, he had missed (and acknowledged) the beginnings of some early wasp nests.. He did take care of them when I pointed them out. Service has been "acceptable" since then until last week. Left note for technician due to very small wasp nests developing again as I was not going to be at home. Returned home and find that those were not addressed. Cancelled my account today. We setup an appointment for an evaluation and estimate, they were supposed to arrive between 3-5 pm. No call, no show. We waited the entire time and nothing. Not surprised given the comments I read, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. If a company exhibits this behavior for an estimate, why would I hire them to work for me? If I could rate it zero stars I would. Must be the pest control business is good if they can treat new customers like this. I don't know if they're any good, but if they don't show for a scheduled appointment, how good can the work be?
