I just made my first claim. It will basically cover the deductible. My puppy had something get in his eye. I took him to the emergency room and they checked his eye, washed it and gave me a prescription. The cost was a little over $250. Its been about 3 weeks since I made the claim. I included a description of the injury plus the detailed vet bill. I got a response yesterday that they needed to get in touch with the veterinary clinic before making their decision about the claim. What? I am most likely going to drop them and buy one of the competing products. What's it going to be like if something serious happens if it is this difficult on a straight forward simple claim?
