Their policy states that "If you are not completely satisfied with any wine, for any reason, just let us know and you’ll receive a refund." It does not say how much they will refund. I complained about a wine that tasted like grape juice and paid $161 for the case, they refunded $4.61. Since I then opened a 2nd bottle and it also tasted bad, I decided not to order again from them. The introductory case was well received, so it seems that once they have you, they can then send inferior wine and back it with this paltry refund.

I ordered a case through this company off of an offer I got through HelloFresh. They stated they may be a weight due to overwhelming response, no problem. I received my case in a fairly timely manner but when I opened it I was very disappointed. I PAID for a case of mixed wines, half red/half white, and received ONLY red wines with a note stating they took the liberty to change my order instead of making me wait. I contacted them stating I would not have purchased from them knowing it would only be red wines and stating I wouldn't have minded if they had taken the liberty in changing the "brands" of bottles but keeping with the type. I joined the wine club on 4/11 and paid $96.49 for that initial shipment. Then on 6/19 you debited my AMEX $191.18. It is now 8/24 and I have yet to receive any wine for my $191.18 payment? Please explain. Richard G. Foley

Initial introductory order April 10th wit new order in three months unless membership cancelled. Cancel any time promised. Cancelled my membership on June 11th by email. Phone service was unavailable at that time. They shipped an order not requested by me on June 18th- not 3 months. Charged my account. This is not an honest move on their part I never selected any wines and cancelled because I liked only 2 of the wines on the introductory offer. They sent me a return Fedex label and they received the case unopened on July 6th. I am waiting for the refund and hope it is issued before I pay interest on the original charge. The first box was fine, but don't be fooled. The second box was full of problems: extra charges, only 8 different types instead of 12 due to duplicates, and issues with the shipping. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Emails take days to go through with no answers in return. Calls are even worse. You are on hold for hours and then the call is disconnected. STAY AWAY!!

This is a total scam. They have horrible to no customer service. I tried to take advantage of one of the introductory offers and ordered a case of white wine. But, when the invoice showed up in my email it said red wine. I replied instantly to that email and sent another to their so-called customer service center. No reply. I think tried to call them, but it was a non-working number. I think emailed again. I finally got a call to go through but after being on hold for 42 minutes I hung up. I never got any sort of reply. Absolute worst customer service. No one is on their phone line, no one responds to emails for at least a week. If you have an issue with an order there is nothing that they can or will do to make it right, because by the time they get to your service request it's too late. Not at all worth the price or hassle.

I ordered two cases online that I intended to have delivered to my home in MA, but when the confirm popped up I saw that it was actually going to go to a previous address I’d used in CA. That was 9 days ago. Since then I have been unable to contact Customer Service. NO ONE ANSWERS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. I have been on hold three separate times for over an hour each time. I have now tried your service 2 times and both times I have experienced order that take over 1 month to arrive. I am OK with the delay, however, i received tracking updates every day that my wine is on the Fed Ex truck and en route to my pick up location (which I had changed to a Walgreens for convenience of not have to be waiting around for days until the truck showed up at my house). Needless to say, when i called to track the shipment, there is no one to answer the phone for hours and days on end. REALLY???
