Our family has been with Concord Auto Protect for over 2 years without any issues. When we did have a repair needed we had no troubles with the claim process, I loved how easy everything was made for us. I feel like I would recommend others to use them and I plan on being with them for a very long time.
As a family we purchased Concord at least over a year ago and it was worth every dollar. We unfortunately had a repair that was needed that we personally did not expect to be covered, But it was covered to our surprise. They made sure everything went smoothly and quick for us, which was huge for us because this is our main car. We personally have never had any problems at all using Concord Auto Protect and we will continue for many more years to come.
Love the service and the staff is very easy to get in touch with, No wait time like other companies have. Can't beat good customer service and fair pricing for a quality warranty. My wife and I have been always happy with them and will be getting coverage for her mothers car in the near future as well.

I dealt with Concord Auto Protect customer service a few months ago for a simple straight forward claim and it was swiftly taken care of. I knew ahead of time what was and what was not covered in my plan and customer service agreed with me 100% and made sure everything was good and I was happy with everything also. I highly recommend them to family and friends.
My premium warranty is supposed to cover all coolant issues, including leaking. However, my claim was denied when I brought my BMW in for service. Concord offered no financial support as the dealership charged me $1100 out of pocket. This is the second time a claim has been denied since I spent $2100 on this policy. I'm getting frustrated and would caution against buying anything from Concord.
