If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The majority of the good reviews are from people who were happy with their interaction setting up the ‘Protection’ plan. Well, why wouldn’t they be great while taking your money? The problem arises when it’s time for them to cover their end of the deal. A quick search through reviews on various sites find that when it’s time for Concord to make good On their end of the deal, they deny outright, or figure out a way to weasel out of a legit claim. Unfortunately that’s what they did to my fiancĂ©. You know it’s bad when a mechanic asks “well what do they actually cover?”. I bought a policy here for my son, and recommended them to my fiancĂ©.... I have had concord for 3 years now, I bought the most expensive warranty as we planned to keep our vehicle for at least 5 more years. Biggest repairs are transmission and AC right? They denied coverage for both our transmission and AC among many other things. We have had to pay thousands out of pocket for repairs. Honda has said out of 12 years in the industry this has been the worst company to deal with. Constantly looking for loopholes to deny service. I am not a person that leaves bad reviews for the fun of it, however if I had known how they treat customers that have issues I would have never bought our warranty with them. Your warranty sucks . Paid almost 4000. for a warranty . Then I needed service . You were so gracious to pay 300 dollars on a 12,000 bill . That is why I canceled . I hope your business closes soon , before you screw many other customers out of money

MICHEAL SULLIVAN (AKA HENRY) FAKE NAME DENIED MY CLAIM, STATING VARIOUS REASON WHY THEY WOULD NOT PAY FOR IT. THEY LIED TO ME AND THE DEALERSHIP MULTIPLE TIMES. THEY WILL DENY YOU-DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCAM, USING FAKE NAMES AND FAKE REASONS WHY NOT TO PAY. MY JEEP STARTED MAKING A STRANGE NOISE OVER 1300 MILES INTO THE WARRANT-I QUICKLY TOOK IT TO THE DEALERSHIP TO HAVE FIX AND THEY DENIED PAYING FOR IT, OFFERING ME $250 CREDIT OR TO REIMBURSE ALL MY MONEY ON THE WARRANTY. After initially posting this review, Ronald from Concord Auto Protect called me within twenty-four hours to see if he could get me to remove this post. He originally offered me $250, but I told him that the review was going to stand. He then informed me he was going to speak to his supervisor and see if a more agreeable outcome to both parties was possible. We spoke approximately an hour later when Ronald offered me $500 to remove all my reviews. I filed a claim for a covered component and the claim was denied in my opinion simply because of the claim amount. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE I saw many reviews of the sign up but where are the large claims ?

Concord is # 1 i had set up a plan with Gene and they really stand behind their plans a great and rare thing . I had a sunroof issue with my Lexus about 5 months into the plan .I gave gene a call (my account rep) who was helpful, quick, efficient and there for me. Thanks for the awesome service! if i decide to buy out my wife's car that is leased i will 100% be giving concord a call.

Brought my 2013 BMW 135 in for a small coolant leak. Dealer found that teh expansion tank was the problem. My Premium plan didn't cover it. Then they found that the oil filter gasket was faulty and oil had leaked onto my belt and tensioner pully. Again the policy didn't cover any of this. $2600 later and not 1 penny was covered by my "premium plan". To their credit they did give me a courtesy $250 toward my bill.

I was interested in buying their full coverage for my car. Coverage for the engine includes coverage of all “main bearings” and “internally lubricated parts”. Luckily, prior to buying the plan I did consult with my local mechanic. Based upon that consultation I did ask and then they did reveal that there is one main bearing, which is a self lubricating part, that they do not cover. If I had not asked, I would not have known and would have assumed I was protected, the point of the plan. I did point out that this was very misleading at best. The response and explanation I received was silence. That is terrible. Hence, the traditional advice, buyer beware.
