Endurance offers a total of eight vehicle services contracts. You can pretty much customize your coverage so that it suits your needs perfectly. The company offers both traditional repair plans under its five breakdown protection plans, plus the option of adding routine maintenance coverage by choosing one of its three EnduranceAdvantage™ plan options. Endurance covers the systems and components you'd expect it to, plus maintenance coverage up to $3,500 per year through Advantage. Through its wide range of personalized protection, you can find the plan that's right for you, with prices increasing as you choose more comprehensive coverage.

Endurance sets itself apart from the competition by offering specialized coverage on high tech components, factory navigational systems, commercial vehicles, and hybrid/electric vehicles. In addition, all Endurance vehicle service contracts include 24/7 roadside assistance and a free year of the Endurance Elite membership, including $2,000 in benefits like key fob replacement, tire repair and replacement, towing, fuel delivery, lockout assistance, and more.

Endurance does limit its payouts to the trade-in value of the vehicle covered in the contract.

With Endurance Warranty, repair claims may be submitted after the waiting period has been completed, generally 30 days and 1,000 miles.

Deductibles are typically $100 and must be paid before the claim is to be approved. The company also pays all covered claims up front, so customers don’t have to incur in high out-of-pocket expenses or wait to be reimbursed.

This approach is quite different from that of other companies, increasing the value of Endurance policies and highlighting the benefits of their customer-centered business approach.

To further differentiate themselves from other competitors, Endurance offers car warranties that are honored wherever there is a licensed, authorized repair facility. Unlike other car warranty companies that only approve repairs at specific locations or charge extra for repairs that take place in shops outside their network, Endurance’s warranties can be used anywhere, regardless of state lines.

That means that if you’re away from home when you need vehicle repairs, you can still receive the services you need without hassles or additional expenses.

Endurance does not require vehicle inspections for the warranty coverage to begin. Making things even easier, not only is a warranty transfer allowed to a new driver or new vehicle entirely, but cancellation comes with a money-back guarantee within the first 30 days.

Endurance calls this a “review period” in which customers have the option of canceling their auto warranty if they decide the product doesn’t meet their needs.

However, there is one caveat. After the initial review period has ended, if a cancellation is requested by the customer a pro-rated refund may be granted depending on claims paid out and policy time/mileage used.

I got the misleading letter that mimics a government agency on the outside and the inside the envelope. They used bad and out-dated information. They also concealed who they are in the letter and even on the outside of the envelope, by avoiding the company name. There are a few other ridiculously stupid contradictions that I don't recall after a few hours. I already shredded that garbage, so no new details can be shared on the highly fishy document I was sent. Then I called to ensure that they will never contact me ever again and told the so called customer service agent starts talking trash, while I used too many big words like mimic and perpetuate. Shelia was the only person that made me want to renew my warrantty . Since March I had an issuse with trying to see why my contract said one thing and the company said another . I was embarrssed when I tookmy car to get fixed and they said the warrantty had expire , which wasnt true. Shelia promised to solve my issue and she did a great job at it. Its more to my story but this is not about the problems I had with the company and the 3 people that let me down. Its about how great of a job this one woman did and how she put a smile on my face at the end. If i could I will call her for anything dealing with this company because I know for sure she will getthe job done. Thank u so much Shelia.

I spoke with shiela yesterday and I must say “ exceptional customer service “ best I’ve heard in years.. Sheila was very professional and helped me with all my needs oh and I must say in a timely fashion... Endurance is the best!!!

Excellent company! Sheila helped me make the decision to stay with Endurance over Carshield. She even explained to me how to read both policies for myself and I was able to see the clear difference on what I was being offered from both companies and Endurance was the clear winner.

I recently called and spoke to Sheila to make sure the issue with my car was going to be covered and she went over it all and assured me it was covered, and it was after the claim was filed. She was very friendly and very helpful!

I had another company before switching to Endurace and I’ll be honest despite the sales pitch I was expecting more of the same drama I experienced with the old company but to my surprise they have been amazing. I recently had to have my transmission replaced and they were they got the job done without any hassle. All I had to pay was my $100 deductible and they took care of the rest. The customer service is also amazing. I called and spoke with Sheila and she walked me through everything. I will be recommending Endurance to everyone I know!
