This company is playing games with their rebate program. I've purchased from them twice and in both cases, my rebate is never "processed". My bet is that they're hedging on their customers forgetting they're owed a rebate. Other people are complaining about this same problem. I've complained to the Better Business Bureau and suggest others do the same thing. This is completely unethical.

They had a great price on my Dailies, < $30 a box. I ordered 8 of them and when I got to the final page the other shoe dropped - $100+ "handling fee". Ok, I was pretty much expecting this. Even after that it was still a fairly low price so I placed the order. The confirmation email gave an estimated arrival time of 9 - 13 days out. After 9 days the order status still said "in fulfillment". I contacted them via their online chat facility. I was told they were out of stock and that it would be 4 weeks from the time of my order before they would ship. I cancelled my order. I am going to be without contacts pretty soon. Horrible shipping. 5-7 days is turning out to be 17 or more. They do not seem to care if you can see in a timely fashion. Paid $7.95 for shipping when I could have walked to get them faster. Customer Service was useless. Told me I had to contact Fed Ex myself to find out when they would be delivered. My lens are at a Fed Ex location 40 minutes from my house and they are telling me it could still be a week before I get them. Any money I saved has been lost to shipping and the inconvenience of not being able to see. Will never buy from lens.com again.

Not happy at all with this order The samples the dr gave me were good. My order from len.com are blurry close up They offered a credit for 2 lens told me to try the next 2 They are giving me a head ache I am going back to my old lens temporarily I don't want a credit I want to return them and be done with them

I am very very unhappy with Lens.com right now. I paid for 2 day deliver and a week later still no contacts. I called today to find out what was going on... gave all my information (for the 3rd time) and the customer service lady told me she has no idea when someone would get to the order. It needs to be approved by a manager. This is the same thing I was told 3 days ago. No guarantees.... sorry. Apparently the fact that I was spending $500 was a problem. Never again! I will NEVER use Lens.com again!!

So I have a love/hate relationship with Lens.com. I have been ordering from them for years, but some of their practices bother me. I keep ordering because it's consistently the best price I can find on my lenses, and I always receive them quickly in the mail. So what's the issue? I view their pricing strategies to be a little shady. I have found that the contact lenses, at least the brand I buy, to be a different price depending on how you get to their website. Go directly to their website and type in the brand? You'll probably see a higher price. Click on an email to reorder your lenses? You'll probably see a higher price. Placed an order with them and was supposed to get $40 rebate from the manufacturer. I actually placed it from lens.com rebate center where it redirected me to order the lenses i needed. Order delivered and i never received the attachment for the rebate. I called customer service and was told that’s my order doesn’t qualify and there’s nothing they can do. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Their website is misleading and you can get the lens for less on other more reputable sites

They send out older boxes with short expiration dates. I bought a 1 yr lens supply and the expiration for the entire box they sent me was 1 year. Unfortunately, I did not notice this until much later. I asked them for a replacement for unused portion, and they said not possible. Go with another online seller. Lens.com is unethical in their business practice.

Now over 6 weeks and still no contacts Been a customer of theirs for 10+ years, but latest order (same type of contacts) has been "in-fullfillment" status for 5 weeks. Called several times and each time they say the contact are coming in a date 2 days off and then they will ship. Last time I order from these guys, something has changed there and not for the better. UPDATE: Hannah (lens.com) called me after my original review and said they would split ship my order, sending right contacts immediately and the lefts would ship in a week.
