Horrible. I ordered my lenses over one and a half months ago. Every step was a hustle (dealing with the prescription, not having the lenses in stock etc etc). When I thought that things were finally in order I was told that they couldn’t charge me and so they won't release my order. In the last 3 weeks, I’ve been calling, messaging, sending every proof they are asking for (bank statement, letter from my bank, screenshots, transaction ID) that proves I was charged. They still say they didn’t get the money, my order is still on hold until they figure out what went wrong. I hope one day I will get the order I placed and paid for 1,5 months. Also was scammed by Lens.com. I ordered the end of December 2020 and ordered 4 boxes of Avaira Vitality lens for 31.99 a box. Total for my lens were $127.96 with 7.95 in shipping, then a processing fee of $102.37 was added on top so my total was $238.28 for 4 boxes. I did not understand and when I called they kind of fluffed off like I was going to get a rebate back but the rebate was only $35 total which I did not get because they said it was not processed or received. WHAT A TOTAL RIP.

I was a repeat customer for a few years . I ordered contacts like I usually do. I moved two years ago hadn’t been a problem until this last order. I got my lenses in a timely fashion that was the usual for lens .com only problem is I was supposed to get +350 I received +300 at my address that was updated in their system I called to rectify the problem the guy said they would be out the next day so I figured a delivery would be Tuesday the 5th of July every day after I checked no contacts . I can’t wear my glasses because I haven’t updated them due to wearing contacts daily. Completely disheartened by dishonesty of lens.com at not paying rebates that are promised, even though the correct procedures were followed. Instead of customer service, I only receive defensive conversations and then magically, all records of rebates owed are taken out of my account. Absolutely shameful! And even though I have been a loyal customer for years, I will never purchase a single lens here again!

Advertised price was 36.99. Little did I know there was a hidden process fee of $73!!! I had to contact customer service because i couldn't believe this. They don't explicitly tell you that there's a fee when you're checking out. It just appears at the total. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. False advertising entirely. It's really terrible business practice.

Bait and switch. They advertise a price and then double the price per box as a processing fee when you go to check out. I tried to ask customer service about the processing fee and they were so unhelpful and uncaring. Never ordering from them again.

BAIT AND SWITCH! BEWARE! A hidden processing fee, which for me was NEVER listed on my receipt, was added to a $24.99 per box of Accuvue contact lenses. Ordered 3 of each, total 6 boxes, so you would think $160 plus processing., right? Delivery was listed as FREE. The total was $311.!! I called and they had no answer for the amount the fee was, and so I cancelled my order immediately! This should be addressed with the Better Business Bureau! To me, this is a SCAM.

I had always been a satisfied customer of Lens.com until my recent order. On my recent order they added a "processing" fee charge of $53 for 3 boxes lens that totalled $82, that's 65% of the price. Seems to be very exorbitant "fee" for "processing". I don't ever remember being charged that much in the past; if i have, then shame on me for not realizing! I understand everyone needs to make a profit, however, this really seems excessive and i didn't even get any special mailing services either. Next time i need to purchase lens i think i'm going to shop around as it's buyer beware. Needless to say, I am very disappointed.

Deceptive Practices! What do you call it when a company lists a discounted product price and then doubles the price at the very end of the checkout with a "processing fee" that matches the product price? How about deceptive?! Thanks lens.com for blatantly lying about the price and wasting my time - and everyone else's who reasonably expects to pay a stated price only to have the price doubled at the very end of the process, after selecting type, quantity, entering personal account info, prescription info, and proceeding to checkout.
