Rebate now takes up to 18 weeks…not the 12 they have on website…still waiting for mine…last time I buy from here. With that said…contacts were overpriced…find another site

BEWARE THEY ARE CROOKS. SENT ME WRONG PRESCRIPTION A .25 . who in the world needs a .25. they even callled my doctor to confirm my script adn still messed it up. script was 1.25. EVEN THOUGH THEY MESSED UP THE CROOKS WONT REFUND MY MONEY. NEVER USE THEM. BEWARE

This company promises rebates on the purchase of lenses. The rebates can take at least three or more month to arrive, if they do at all. On more than one occasion and recently they have invalidated the rebate because they say that their rebate center did not receive the mailed forms. If they wish to give a rebate they should do so at the point of purchase - not by taking months to issue a rebate card that results in more plastic pollution.

The rebate is just a scam designed to charge you higher prices. I placed a 6 month supply order and sent the rebate in immediately. I had to reorder the contacts after sic months and and not yet gotten the rebate I was supposed to. The rebate came after the new order. 6 months? Are you really kidding me? Lens.com is just hoping that we forget to send in the rebate or that they can find something wrong and deny it. They was to use our money for six months. Other providers have similar prices compared to the after rebate price without fronting the money so they can sit on it and maybe not pay it back. A JOKE!

 I intended to purchase 4 boxes of contact lenses at $31.74 per box. They advertised $9.24 per box if I ordered 8 boxes, which would have been $73.92, instead of $253. 92. When I clicked "checkout" the total was$485.79!!! They added $213.92 in "tax & fees", which is an additional 85%. I clicked the "chat 24/7" line and the rep did everything possible to avoid explaining what "fees" were, since tax would be no more than $22 in any state. I had to ask SIX TIMES, but he finally was forced to admit that "fees" were: "This includes calling your doctor on your behalf, doctor's fees since we need to verify your prescription, and handling and processing your order. Claim they have "millions of contacts in stock", however, they did not have mine. It took them more than a week to alert me to the fact that they had to order them from the supplier and could not confirm date my contacts would arrive in their warehouse. From time order placed to time contacts received was one month. Customer service is awful...

This company has gone down hill. I ordered from them in the past and received my rebate without an issue. However Nov 2022 I mailed the rebate following the instructions to fill out the form and cut UPC from box. They claim they never received the rebate. I recommend not ordering from Lens.com with their scam rebate process.

Have been a customer for many years but, no more. My July order for 4 boxes had a rebate which didn’t arrive until December. My reorder of the same was made in Dec and was not delivered until February. I had to go to Costco for lenses because I ran out. After getting the Lens.com order in February I tried to apply for my rebate and was told my order did not qualify for any rebate. Without any notice to my reorder they must have changed their rebate terms. When I called about this issue they basically told me tough luck, wished me a good day and thanked me for calling Lens.com. I WILL NEVER...REPEAT NEVER be purchasing from Lens.com again! Their scammy pricing is only the price one pays after doing a very dangerous and tedious cutting out of ALL UPCs thus literally RUINING the boxes that you store your un-used contacts in......ludicrous since they are the ones that sold me all the boxes. Sad they had to make this process even more then it was originally..I'm OUT now. THEY will never see another dime of my money! And I plan to keep rate rate rating so everyone is alerted of their LAME business tactics!
