The contacts are fine, just like every other provider. The issue is the rebate process. It takes months. But the worst part is that you have to cut up all the boxes that you bought. So I bought 8 boxes, a year supply and it is expected that I open every box and cut out the bottom of the box where the barcode is. Now if I did that I would be sitting here with 720 loose contacts that I am supposed to deal with. They are in strip of five together, so 144 strips of contacts with a very thin foil protecting the contact. Absolute ridiculously poor policy. So I have decided that returning them is the better option. The rebate is not worth the trouble and time you have to sink into it.

I have been a lens.com customer for many years. The service/processing on my orders has been efficient. But the rebates are a different story. I currently have outstanding rebates from orders in May 2022 and October 2022. The disclaimer about supply chain issues was understandable earlier this year, but the supply chain issues are long gone. This is starting to feel like a bit of a scam. The quoted prices are based on the rebate, yet for my May 2022 order, almost 7 months have gone by. The fact that lens.com has had no communications about this is poor. Their "rebates" are a scam, intentionally designed not to work as advertised. After 4 months, I still have not received my promised $75 rebate. Their site says all steps have been completed but it hasn't been mailed out yet. That's what it has said now for two months. When I contact them, they say "We are working very hard to mail out rebate cards in a timely manner." Yeah, right. In the future, I will take my business to someone who doesn't lie to me and play stupid games.

I put in an order with Lens.com in August with the same $105 rebate offer others are complaining about. We are over halfway through December and I have yet to receive the original rebate from August. I contacted them once and did get some kind of excuse that it was a supply chain issue. Seriously! I've checked on their rebate tracker site a couple of times and it shows "Card Fulfillment by Visa Card Processor". So it's ready to go. Just waiting on "Card Mailed by Visa Card Processor". Guess the post office must having supply chain issues too. SMH

Where is my rebate? Lens.com received my rebate 7/4/22, it is now 12/18/22 and still nothing. The rebate hasn't even been mailed yet. Customer service is a complete joke.

I have ordered from this site for YEARS until now. I find it very interesting that they boast about their $28m in rebates and I have waited for my rebate for 5 months. Let's see interest on $28m over 5 months.....sounds like a money maker at the expense of your customers!! I ordered contacts on 7-1-22 as of Thanksgiving weekend I still do not have the rebate. The so called customer service desk they don't have the raw resources. Let me see you can get high tech materials for contacts that you sell but you can get plastic for a rebate card....... What a joke! They also told me there was "nothing they could do." No offer of refund NOTHING. I will never shop this site again!... Read More

Don't believe their rebate. I submitted my rebate form several months back and I still haven't received my rebate yet. And their agent tells me that they can't give any ETA for the rebate card.

Check all of the Better Business Bureau complaints before you do business with this company. I mailed in my rebate but Lens.com claim they never received it. Yet on the website rebate center they post this notice. Notice: The service levels of our rebate vendors have been seriously impacted by global raw material supply chain delays. Rest assured you will receive your rebate. So, they didn't process it because of "rebate vendors have been seriously impacted..." so I'm out $95. I even pointed this out to the support chat but they just said tough luck. I'll never do business with this company again

I just tried to order 8 boxes of contacts. Total came out to be $418, but they wanted to charge me $197 of taxes and fees!!!!! THAT IS 47%, Are these people CRAZY??????????????????!!!!!!!!! I called the company and was told whatever the calculation came out to be, it's CORRECT. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
