purchased in-stock flowers 10/11/2024 to be delivered 10/14/2024. got delivery confirmation. emailed them 10/15/2024 (1 day after they were supposed to arrive), and they didn't give a reason why they weren't delivered, but gave a refund 10/16/2024. this was nice to get my money back, but does not give my sick Mother her flowers on her birthday, which is what they were for. they should've just continued to deliver them, along with giving a refund. really bad customer service and satisfaction.

This has been an incredibly disappointing and embarrassing experience. I sent an elegant bouquet of orchids to my aunt, an interior designer, in sympathy for the loss of our uncle. Instead, they received a cheap, tired-looking arrangement that bore no resemblance to what I had chosen from their site. The embarrassing part was when her son sent me a photo to show the poor quality—half the flowers were missing—and mentioned how it did not represent our family at all. To make matters worse, the replacement they sent was even more unacceptable, with wilted flowers and nothing like what I had requested. This only added to the embarrassment. I was very disappointed with my order. I ordered a premium “How Sweet It Is” ending up with final price of $73.07! My order arrived and it is a stretch to say it looked like the regular priced at $30. Huge disappointment! I called customer service to receive a $10 refund and a $10 coupon that I won’t be using!

Ordered flowers 4 days in advance and they canceled my order with no notification. Check the BBC reviews before you use this company. I highly recommend that you order flowers from a different company

TERRIBLE - DO NOT USE! I ordered a whole package - flowers, teddy bear, and necklace, and it couldn't be delivered right away like I hoped, but they said it would be delivered March 5th. Well, it WASN'T delivered March 5th, and when I contacted them, their response was to offer me 25% off... but only off the flower price (which was about half the total), not the entire purchase price... so really it was 12.5% off... This was a really important, time-sensitive delivery, and even after I explained this they didn't care. Every time I'd respond to customer service, I'd get spammed with a "we received your message" email, and then a response later... and after I replied to their "25%" offer... Read More

If I coud give zero stars I would. This company is a SCAM. I ordered a SPRAY for a funeral, rcvd an email telling me it had been delivered YESTERDAY (Funeral is today), I called to ask to see the spray / confirm rcpt. Nothing was ever delivered. Call scam company, they claim the florist didn't have the flowers. SO YOU DON'T CALL ME SO I CAN MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS? INSTEAD YOU ATTEMPT TO STEAL MONEY AND CLAIM IT WAS DELIVERED? DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MANY PPL DONT' CALL TO CONFIRM AND HAVE PAID FOR SERVICES NEVER RENDERED?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Ordered flowers for my Mother's birthday with a few days lead time. The flowers did not show up on her birthday. I called and they offered me a flower upgrade with an apology note and would make delivery the following day. The flowers still DID NOT arrive! Called back again and they only wanted to refund me 30% my payment. I had to demand a refund for the full amount of the order. What kind of operation is this?!?
