Services also include FaceVase that allows customers to create their own photo vase. It charges sales tax for orders going to CA, CT, IL, AZ, DC, TX, and NY. Totally unreliable. Online tracking showed a delivery scheduled for that day and, after we waited all day for it, waited on hold indefinitely for a live Customer Service Rep, only to find out that "they yellow flagged it," meaning it would not be fulfilled. They sent me an email earlier in the day, apologizing that my wife's flowers could not be delivered because there was no florist in our area (Dallas!) and, much to our surprise, her flowers were delivered about 40 minutes later. On the order we needed the most, to a 3-year-old grandson out of town, it was scheduled for delivery that day. Rep had to put me on hold & request approval to issue a refund! Never again!

Wow! This company has their proverbial head so far up their anal orifice it's absurd! I've used them twice, only because they gave me $12 off, which was not worth it. Both times I used them the they completely botched the delivery days. Both times I sent them emails that they responded to as if I'd written in invisible font, without addressing my concerns at all. I have no complaints about the products, but other online florists have comparable arrangements with much less hassle.

Paid extra for same day delivery, but order wasn't delivered. Called and got my extra $2.99 refunded. Next day, still no delivery (oh - the florist wasn't open on a Sunday). Was offered 15% off the order. Monday, still no delivery (oh - the florist won't be able to put together the order that day, so sorry. We'll upgrade your order to "deluxe"). Tuesday something was delivered, BUT NOT WHAT I HAD ORDERED. What has been delivered cost less in "deluxe" than what I had originally ordered as "regular". 3 days late and not what I had ordered. I requested a full refund, but that doesn't provide the "satisfaction guarantee" they claim to offer.

At 1st Everything was going smooth. Then they let me know after picking my area had to have a minimium order of 49.99. Ok, fine I can deal with that. #2 all the sudden bill goes up 14.00 for a processing fee ( seriously on flowers I could have just stayed local) Still I wanted to send the flowers. Delivery day comes and at 3pm I get a call saying the phone number I provided cant be a business. I gave the updated number then I get a dear john email stating delivery will not happen until tomorrow. This was a giant waste of time and money for something that was very important.

I ordered flowers for a wake, and they did not arrive to the wake, not even to the funeral and I got a call after the funeral to provide the diseased home address. very disappointing experience and I don't know what would flowers in the diseased home after funeral mean.

If I could I would give this place a -10, I ordered flowers for a funeral and they were supposed to be delivered the next evening for the viewing. 4 hours after I ordered them I was sent 2 emails saying they were not going to make the delivery time. So I called and was on hold for about 20 minutes, then hung up on. I called back and was delighted to hear a human voice after about 3 minutes. I told her I wanted to cancel my order, she said NO NO NO we can get it there. I insisted, because you know it was important and they had sent emails saying they couldn't. Missed Deliveries and Inadequate Customer Service I placed an order for both my mother and stepmother to receive flowers for Mother's Day. I selected a delivery date of May 10th (Friday before the holiday). This was both to get the flowers there early, as well as to brighten my stepmother's day as the 11th is the anniversary of my father's passing. It was important they arrive on the 10th and thus I made sure to select that an order early. On May 10th the flowers for my mother arrived and were absolutely beautiful. I would leave 0 stars if it was an option. I ordered flowers for my great grandma's FUNERAL and had a custom vase made with it and chose the premium option in order to get the fullest bouquet. The vase was a picture of my grandma that wasn't able to attend the funeral due to health issues and living on the west coast and my great grandmother together. It was meant to be a sentiment similar to I'm not here in person but I am in spirit. Horrible company! I ordered the Fabulous Gourmet Basket $69.99 plus same day delivery charges for my son’s 26th birthday as he was in Florida on business. I chose the Fabulous Gourmet so he and his business associates could enjoy it at their hotel over drinks to celebrate his birthday. What he received embarrasses me and I’m sure him as well. This basket was awful! All vending machine items I may have packed in his lunchbox when he was 10 years old.
