Services also include FaceVase that allows customers to create their own photo vase. It charges sales tax for orders going to CA, CT, IL, AZ, DC, TX, and NY. I am very pleased with our flowers! They were delivered on time and beautiful! We had ordered a lighter shade of flowers that were delivered, so I reached out to let them know there may have been a mix up. We weren’t upset the flowers that were delivered were very pretty. Still They delivered a lighter shade the next day! We were happy with both flowers and I was very grateful for them wanting to resolve the issue so fast. Great customer service and fast response. I will definitely order from them again!

I ordered a red, white, and blue arrangement for my father’s funeral and veteran’s ceremony at the gravesite. They were scheduled for delivery on a Friday, the day before the services. At 9:18 p.m. on that date, I received an email stating, “Unfortunately we were unable to complete your delivery” and saying delivery would be made the following Monday “to ensure your gift arrives and the occasion is not missed.” I immediately called the 800 number and impressed upon the representative the need to find another florist to have flowers delivered before 10 a.m., when the services were set to begin. on 1-28 i ordered a rose and lily bouquet to be sent to my wife on valentines day. what was pictured was a very beautiful array. what was delivered was nothing close to the sample. the bouquet only stood about 11 inches high and 5-6 inches across. could never get through to customer service on 2-14 so i called the following day. explained my situation and i was told i would get a 20 percent refund on my order. i also explained that i placed the order on a friday and they charged me 9.99 for sameday/weekend service. the refund i received was only 20 percent on the flowers, not the "order" and they did not refund the sameday charge. it's amazing when a company won't stand up and admit when... If you had "0" I'd grade From You Flowers as that. This company is by far the worst online florist I've ever dealt with. Of course my Valentine's Day roses did not arrive, customer service is a farce at best and don't be taken in by what you read on their website - READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU ORDER WITH THEM. All I can envision is a group of people working out of someone's garage.

The only legit this business is is a legit scam. Don’t be like me and read the reviews first, theres even youtube videos. A half star isn't even deserved here. I was charged $200 for something that never came, customer service offered at $10 refund. What a joke. Keep your money and don't get scammed like me. They have so many ways to contact them and they all lie to you. They refused to send my correct order and give me a refund. Hold times are also an hour but then they’ll disconnect the call without answering.

Horrible customer service do not use this company. Flowers did not show up on time so I contacted them and they just stated contact the shipping company. Didn't care a bit.

I ordered a dozen pink roses 9 days in advance. I needed them on an exact date. One day before they were to be delivered I got an email stating the flowers were out of stock. They offered substituting with a mixed bouquet but that was not what I wanted. That’s why I ordered them ahead of time. There was NO offer of a refund. I disputed the charge on my credit card. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered flowers for my dad’s Heavenly Birthday and had it delivered to my mom for the next day. I paid extra to have it delivered before noon. Wasn’t delivered till 4:00! I was not happy, and they were mostly dead/wilted! It’s now the next day and they’re already dying! Not at all what showed in picture display on website! This company’s marketing promised me same day delivery. I have never been so disappointed. I order flowers for an impromptu wedding for my niece who is not well and will be starting aggressive chemotherapy next week. Due to Covid, we were not able to travel to the wedding.
