I would not recommend complete care home warranty. When it come to honoring the claims, they come up with exceptions and make it diffcult to pay for the repairs. Even the contractor started asking for more money as they compalin that the insurance company will not pay for this and that. Also note that when you can cancel the policy there is a cancellation charge of $50. Thank god I did not sign up for three years the salesperson pushed me really hard so dont fall into that trap. Not a good personal experience for me.

responded and finally Complete Care told us to find someone which we did and we would fill out a form to get reimbursed but to not to work until its authorized or we would not get paid. The tech called in what the issue was a week ago today and my husband and I have called multiple times a day to find out if we got authorization. Finally today a gentlemen calls and said that his supervisor spoke with our tech yesterday and because what the tech told him it was not approved I called the tech and he said he never spoke to anyone yesterday that the only time he has spoken to someone was when he called in for authorization a week ago.
