Like the service fee, Landmark's yearly premium for its Homeowner Plans varies by state.

In Utah, Oregon, and Idaho, choosing the $100 service fee will produce a $350 premium for the Home System Plan, and a $600 premium for the Total Protection Plan. If you were to opt for the $60 service fee, this would increase the Home System Plan premium to $400, and the Total Protection Plan to $650.

In Texas, Nevada, and Arizona, the $100 service fee will yield a $360 premium for the Home Systems Plan, and a $610 premium for the Total Protection Plan. Finally, in these states, choosing the $70 service fee will cost $425 for the Home Systems Plan and $675 for Total Protection.

Landmark has an online quote calculator available on their website, for customers who'd like more specifics. If the policyholder chooses to cancel, Landmark offers a 30-day, full money-back guarantee, with the exception of a $40 administration fee.

Other than the claims manager being extremely polite, the "service" provided by this Home Warranty proved to be a total waste of time. (Good thing I have another bathroom.) As a Licensed Realtor, I encourage the purchase of a home warranty to all of my clients and referred 54 home warranty purchases in 2016 / 11 so far, in 2017. In 13 years, in the business, that's a lot of policies. Apparently not all home warranty companies provide equal or valuable service. It took 4 days to have a technician show up to effect the repairs. Repairs were not completed to my satisfaction. In effect, no repairs were made as the leak is still occurring. (I am guessing they did this to insure they would... Read More

Landmark has been so responsive and quick. They approved everything that the contractors requested. (Broken furnace and refrigerator). They didn't fight me!

This was our first claim on our dishwasher and fridge. The claim process was quick and easy, and we really liked the contractor that was sent to our home. Parts needed to be ordered, but they came back within a week and everything works great.

Landmark is a great company to have on your side. Customer service really pays attention to detail and follows through on their commitments. They have a good group of service companies who also respond and do the job correctly.

Update - Landmark contacted me and after a few hours my account was reinstated, the $70 copay was either waved or paid by Landmark. I still am having another electrical company come in and actually fix the problem but at least my warranty was reinstated. Don't know if they are still going to require me to pay in advance for services but hopefully after this electrical issue is finally resolved I wont be using them again. fingers crossed. Thank you Landmark for resolving the issue.

I moved into my home 12/5/17. Within the first 2 weeks I started having AC issues. The AC keeps popping breaker. I have been tossed between AC company and an electrical company and I have already paid $210 based on $70 per visit and the issue is still not resolved. AC company has returned as a "recall" and not a "new issue". The electrical company Veterans Electric came out the first time and replaced a box on the outside of the house near AC and said that should do it. Breakers popped within 3 days. The AC came out and checked everything and said they tightened some electrical wires in attic that should do it, no additional charge. The breakers popped again within a few days. The... Read More

I have a mother/daughter home and have two full kitchens, two washers, two dryers etc. I pay $69.58/month that covers two of everything (except furnace (1 each) and A/C (1 each)). For each claim I pay only $60 directly to the company doing the repairing. That's it. No matter how many visits the vendor has to make to correct the problem, I only pay the $60 once. I recently had a problem with a refrigerator and after two visits to replace parts, they could not fix it and it was deemed unrepairable. Landmark sent me a check to buy a new refrigerator. You can't beat that. I would recommend Landmark to anyone who owns a home. It's a great deal.

Landmark Home Warranty gives me peace of mind and allows me to use my financial resources for family activities rather than house espenses.
