Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

When Abraham contacted me by phone, I was concerned it would take too long out of my busy schedule as a realtor, so I wanted to proceed online. However, after giving Abraham a chance to assist me, he was fast, thorough, was able to give me a 2 yr home warranty option that I wasn't able to find online and he gave me a great price! I ended up paying not much more for a 2 yr home warranty than other companies have charged my clients and me for only 1 and it covers so much more!! Their service was fast and efficient and everyone was very helpful. I just moved into my home May 2017 and had two preventive maintence on my furnace and air conditioning unit. I was informed it needed a new motor. After I provided them with all the info I had, I was told I needed three years of maintenance records in order for a higher reimbursement. I really have an issue with that - who moves into a new house and has three years of records available to them a a new homeowner? Their service was fast and efficient and everyone was very helpful.

I called with an issue with my dryer. It would not start. The agent approved my claim immediately, had a local vendor come to my house right away. He found the issue and is waiting for the part to install. Select approved the repair in full and everything has been a wonderful and expedient experience with them. Great service and customer care!

I had been recommending Select Home Warranty to my neighbors and friends for quite some time now. They are such an amazing home warranty. They have an array of packages to choose from depending on your budget. Their repairmen is fabulous in doing their jobs. And they don’t make you wait. I hate waiting. They come on time and get things done right away. That is what is important to me. Promptness! Great job.

I am an old woman with a disability, having a home warranty is a big deal. I do not have money to pay out of my pocket to get things repaired. God bless Select for their services, I do not have to worry sleeping without a heating system. I do not have to worry about leaking pipes, clogged drainage or a leaking roof. If you want to feel secured, go get yourself Select Home Warranty.

I have only had them come out once. My AC was whistling when it ran Called one day and the repairman came the next day. It was a dirty filter. I was impressed with the next day service.
