Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

SHW is the best home warranty out there, I literally mean it. It is the best I have seen out there. I had an issue with my garage door, it opens half way and get stuck in the middle. I called them up and asked helped from them. They are really fast and efficient to work with. Their customer service really look out in assisting their customers. I would definitely refer Select Home Warranty to my friends.

I had an emergency with my pipes. Darn clogged pipes. Good thing I have this home warranty plan with Select. They were able to fix it in no time. Its great partnering up with them. Been with them for 5 years now.

I wish I had yelped this company before we purchased their warranty. I spoke with a sales guy Mark and he was so helpful. Everything I needed he promised, I asked my husband if this was too good to be true? And as the saying goes, IT IS! I saw they had 4.5 stars on the site www.consumersadvocate.org and rated top home warranty company. Do not trust this!!! Do more due diligence. I happen to see their ad on FB and it led to the yelp reviews. As I read the reviews my heart sank! We just gave them $3700 for a 6 year contract on 2 houses. Great deal, right? I was so frustrated with my old home warranty plan. They were terrible in sending out someone to repair my dishwasher; he had no clue on how to fix it. A friend referred me to Select Home Warranty. I had doubts with Select with all the bad reviews i had read. But Lo and behold, I made the right choice. The contractors/repairmen are absolutely knowledgeable. I am so happy with how they helped me so far.

For years, I spent thousands of dollars finding the right company for my money’s worth. Finding the right company is even more frustrating because of restriction in policies. I am more than grateful to find a great investment with Select Home Warranty. I definitely will recommend them to my friends and Family. Home warranty with quality service in a very affordable and reasonable price. I am using them for the past 2 years and looking for renewing my policy and buying another one for my new home.
