Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I have been with Select Home Warranty as far as I can remember and will always be with Select Home Warranty. I do not need to change my home warranty, there is no need. Yes, there are times that my claims had not been covered but 90% of the time I get the coverage that I need. What matters to me is how fast they answer their phone and how fast they could dispatch my work order and how fast they get things done. Select was always able to meet my expectations.

I filed a claim with Select Home Warranty online for my garage door. They motor seems not to be working. The garage door seem to get stuck half way. A Rep called me up a just a few hours and completed the details of my issue. The guy that came out was very knowledgeable. He is really very good at his trade. I am glad that Select partners with these people. Thank you for fixing my problem.

I left my old home warranty because of the mess they created with my HVAC system. It took them 3 months to get to my claim and it was frustrating doing following up calls. They always give me that runaround. No one in their company has the balls to tell talk to me. I had it with them. So I switched to Select Home Warranty, so far I have not been treated like my old company. I am so far satisfied with them.

Bunch of Scams. The worst insurance I ever see. I made one time payment of $399 for full year. I beg them more than one month to come and fix miner thing that happen to my oven and they never showed up. every time I call them they tell me someone will contact me within 48hrs but nobody call me back ever. After waiting 5 or 6 business I call back again to check the status they tell me the same thing and tired of that game. Finally decided to cancel my contract and they shamelessly refunded me only $58. Please keep your money in your pocket don't pay a penny to this fake so called select home warranty. They made me cry so badly .......

I have 3 wonderful years with Select Home Warranty. For the past 3 years I filed almost 6 claims and they were handled well. The last time I filed my claim was last month when my stove went off. I called for service request and it went perfectly fine. The tech came out in less than 24 hours and the problem was resolved. Nothing can beat Select Home Warranty. It was indeed a wonderful partnership. I appreciate all their efforts to get better. Thanks to Select Home.

When I bought my house in New Jersey, the family I bought it from already has Select Home. Then I realize it is easier for them to pull up my records if I needed repairs. I did my research just to double check if my appliances are covered with the right company. I saw their pricing and I can’t complain either.  One time I saw leaks in my room from the roof. I called Select and they took care of it. Very fast and reliable service. I’m glad I stick with them.

I have high expectations for service industries because it is important that you are responsive. Needless to say that I paid for the highest term off the service. I filed a claim with Select home Warranty for my leaking toilet and they handled it really well. I’ve had about 5 claims now and all of them were handled well. This company has been really a great help for me and I am grateful for Select Home services.

Select Home Warranty was part of the package when we bought our first house. An old home with a lot of old appliances, they're going to break down so it was a good idea to have a home warranty plan. I like the plan because they gave me their warranty or guarantee to fix it and if they can't then they'll replace it. So they're going to do everything they possibly can to fix it and not replace it because it's much more expensive. And I am super pleased with them.

Purchasing a protection plan with Select Home Warranty has been one of the best decisions we made when we purchased our new home. The best inspections will miss something. Select Home Warranty has been extremely helpful, providing quick responses and courteous customer care. So far, we have used our policy to address 3 separate incidents. In all cases, we were moving forward with a plan to resolve the issue within 24 hours, facilitated by Select Home Warranty. We have been overwhelmingly impressed.
