Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I had an issue with my garage door opener and it won’t open my garage door so my car was stuck inside and I can’t get it out so I missed a meeting with my boss which is important for them and the company. I called Select so they can fix it as soon as possible which they did the other day. As soon as I got back at work my boss gave me a bonus so I won’t be absent anymore. I know it's too good to be true but I experienced it firsthand.

We had a terrible leak from our upstairs bathroom. Select Home Warranty was quick in sending a plumber. The guy was thorough and I was pleased with how he fixed my concern. Thank you for your quick response Select Home Warranty. If you had not dispatch that repairman so soon, who knows how much more do I have to pay for the damages that the leak from bathroom would cost me. Thank you SHW for a prompt service.

I have a property that I am putting in for rent and decided to purchase Select Home Warranty plan like what I am currently using with my home. I do not think I could find a better home warranty than Select. I have never had any headache with them and all my claims were properly handled. All the repairmen that they dispatch for my claims were all knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I don’t think I would be able to find a better home warranty than SHW.

I am happy with the services they provided for me. This winter I had an issue with my AC and they had it fix the next day i filed the claim which is really convenient and the repair guys are also nice and easy to understand. This warranty only asked for $45 for the fee which i am happy to pay because they paid for the repair for the whole thing. I am happy with their services.

On the coldest day of the year, my furnace stopped producing heat. I called up Select Home Warranty of my emergency. They courteously and honestly informed me it will take 24-72 hours to get a contractor out because of the weather. But they were able to send a contractor to my home after 16 hours. The contractor was able to fix within 48 minutes and I am so pleased with their effort. Thank you , Thank you. You saved me.

I have been using Select Home Warranty for several years now and my experience is exceptional. My air condition system broke Friday afternoon. I was worried that  I may need to wait until weekend is over. To my surprised when I called Select Home the representative did it extraordinarily and they were able to send out a technician on a Saturday morning. Now, whenever I call them I get the same service quality all the time. Great company!
