Founded in 2016, ServicePlus is a home warranty company dedicated to providing comprehensive home warranty plans for a multitude of budgets. They have two different plans, with optional add-ons for fully customizable coverage. Plans for multi-unit homes are available. Coverage can be transferred to new homeowners easily in case of a move, with no additional fee. ServicePlus is located in Edison, New Jersey.

The representative I spoke with was very professional, courteous and responsive to my needs for protection.

I contacted 5 of the top Home Warranty companies in the nation, when I spoke with the THP rep. Angel Santiago, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. I checked with our regional BBB agency and they were rated 4.8. That also gave me the confidence to choose THP.

STAY AWAY!! Extremely Poor Customer service! Everyone tells you how sorry they are as if they are reading from a script, but no one can help you. The HVAC Contractor they sent couldn't get his schedule together. He provided them with information that was not verified by the other FOUR contractors that I have since had look at my system When I asked for a second opinion, I was told they didn't offer that, I have called several times to find out exactly why my claim was denied, I get a different answer each time, which of course always begins with "sorry!" The customer service rep Marc Coleman was very thorough and explained everything well. He explained all the different plans and services and feel as though I was able to make a very informed decision about the plan that I chose.

Just signed up, so review is based on that interaction with the rep who I worked with. No review on the organization's response to any service call. Rep was knowledgeable and was able to set me up for exactly what I need and get it going on the date I needed it. He knew his product and presented the options very well. Based on his effectiveness plus my research about the organization I chose them as my home warranty company. I hope any service call needed during the contract period goes as well as this one did.
I was looking for an appliance protection plan and saw that Total Home Protection offered the same quality home warranty packages at a lower price than other providers. So, I get the same peace of mind, plus the added savings:)
