ServicePlus offers two types of plans: Gold and Platinum.

Both of these have a series of optional add-ons, such as pools, spas, central vacuum, limited roof leaks, and septic systems, to name a few. Their pre-packaged plans can therefore be expanded to suit every homeowner's needs.

No home inspection is required to purchase a policy. Appliance and system coverage is guaranteed regardless of age, make, or model. However, maintenance records are required for service and the company has a pre-existing condition policy which is unusual in the industry and may limit coverage.

For a single-family home in a small midwestern city, ServicePlus' Gold Plan premium is $569. The company's Platinum plan for the same home runs $649. An annual contract is required for both plans and premiums must be paid on an annual basis.

ServicePlus does not require a home inspection. Coverage starts 30 days after you sign your contract. The company has a 30-day cancellation policy in place.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel this Agreement within the first thirty (30) days of the order date for a full refund of the paid contract fees, less any service costs incurred by us.

If this Agreement is canceled after thirty (30) days, you shall be entitled to a pro rata refund of the paid contract fee for the unexpired term, less a $50 administrative fee and any service costs incurred by us.

If we have provided services and the amount of the service costs incurred by us is greater than the contract fees paid, then no refund will be due to you.

I m so desappointaded with total home protection. I have leaks in my apto and called them 5 times, nobody come to see the problem. I don't know what can I do.

I would not for any reason encourage anyone to use this company, they are terrible. I waited 4 days for them to send someone out because my air conditioner wasn't working. They only have 1 person in this area and he never responded despite numerous calls. I finally give up and called a local company myself.

As a customer of 4 months I am highly disappointed. I called in for my oven glass shattering they told me that was not covered after I stayed I would cancel suddenly they made an exception to fix the glass. Then I called in about my ac after the service I receive a call that I needed to pay the technician and additional $115 I was upset but I'm stuck because I signed up for a 6 year plan not knowing how this company worked. It seems every claim is a hidden fee or not covered I should have stayed with American home shield

They raise the price after 1 year. And then I called for cancellation of the policy I was on hold for 2.45 hours and they needed to transfer me from one to another until was cancelled.

I was previously a client of AmericanHomeShield (AHS). Used them for a full year andwhile I was happy with their coverage and customer service, their rates incl. service fees were becoming too high. I called TotalHomeProtection to see what they could offer. I had pleasure chatting with Marc C. who blew me away with a final offer. Marc listened to my needs and found the right coverage for my situation (which at the time was 2 buildings on a single property).
