Great experience so far. Impressions were easy. Half the price of traditional braces and invisalign. I have been able to discuss my sons case with the orthodontist on his case. We are on week one of aligners.
Byte has been extremely supportive throughout this journey. They are on top of it, always emailing me to make sure everything is going well.
The aligners always went into place nicely every time, and I never had to use the file. I am 2/3 through my treatment and already see a lot of change. The whitening product works well without making my teeth feel sensitive.
Byte has helped me so much in the order process and answers all of my questions in a timely and kind manner. They have been so perfect and helpful! The aligners are very easy to insert and comfortable. They always reach out to check on me and make sure I’m okay or answer any questions I have! 6/5 stars!!!!
The Byte customer service representatives are very helpful. All questions are responded to in a "can do" manner and if they don't know the answer immediately, they work to solve your issue. I am over half-way through my treatment and looking forward to my new smile.
So far my treatment has gone really well. The process to get started was super easy and customer service is great. They ensure someone stays in contact with you at all times. Definitely never a reason you should ever have issues contacting someone. I'm half way through my treatment and looking forward to knocking out the rest of my treatment!
At this point I would highly recommend Byte . Fast , Easy & convenient that sometimes I forget I am wearing my aligners . Week 7 and my smile is starting to become awesome again .

I had a protruding lower front tooth that was really bothering me in both appearance and the way it felt in my mouth. In reviewing different aligner companies for results and for pricing, I came across Byte and am very glad I did! It had excellent ratings and I definitely see why. I am in my 10th week of a 15 week program using the aligners (you apply new ones each week) and my lower tooth is protruding no longer and is almost perfectly aligned with my other front teeth! The aligners are easy to put on and take off each day and are comfortable to sleep in. I had a crowding issue on my bottom teeth as well as an overlapping canine on the top. I decided to give Byte a try and I am SO glad I did! The process was simple and anytime I have had a question customer service has been quick to respond. I am no longer hiding my smile behind my hand. I’m so impressed with this company.
