So far I have really enjoyed my experience with Byte! This has been a simple easy process with a very responsive helpful support team. I am beyond impressed with the results thus far! The retainers are well made and hardly noticeable unless you're really looking. I would 10/10 recommend!
I am almost 1/2 way through my treatment plan and I have been very pleased with the improvement I have seen! The customer service provided from byte has been beyond helpful and informative. The response time from team members is amazing, they have answered all my questions in a timely and pleasant manner. Highly recommend.
Very pleased with this product as far as how straight my teeth have become. Not as white as hoped but still happy with other results
I love getting my smile back after not using my retainer originally given to me. I always wanted to keep a sparkling white straight smile since I feel like teeth are so important to a first impression. I'm grateful the BYTE gave me the opportunity.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my byte retainers and care team! My retainers have fit perfect each time and the Hyperbyte device REALLY relieves pain almost instantly. I am still on my journey to a better smile , but it has definatey been the easiest and most comfortable journey!
The experience so far has been simple and easy. Very hands-on customer service, they reached out within a couple of days of submitting info on the site, then kept with me through the purchase process without feeling pushy.
The impressions were a little intimidating, because the guards seem really big and I was afraid I was going to mess them up, but the instructions were easy to follow and I didn't need to do them again.
I just got my first set of aligners in over the weekend, and everything seems to be going well so far.
The only thing I'd like to see improve is to have a mobile app, rather than always going to the website for information and having to sign back in.
Oh my god I cannot even begin to explain how much I love byte! I've been wanting to fix my teeth forever and now being in my 20's I figured it's as good a time as any. I don’t have my aligners yet but the process so far has been quick and easy. My smile adviser has been responsive and helpful in the process! Excited to have my new Byte smile!
I really recommend this to anyone with severe to mild crowding! The process was very easy, support was helpful and the price was fair. No need to worry about pain as the pacing of weekly retainers was very manageable. My are also noticeably whiter!
